Walailak University Joined as hosts in the funeral prayer ceremony for Prof. Dr.Wichit Srisa-An, the founding president and former president of the Walailak University Council, Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, acting president of Walailak University, along with members of the University Council Committee. Executives and employees attended the ceremony on October 6, 2023, at the 150th Anniversary Pavilion, Wat Makutkasattriyaram Rachaworawihan, Phra Nakhon District. In this event, Professor Emeritus Kasem Watanachai, Privy Councillor, presided over the ceremony.
Prof. Dr.Wichit Srisa-An passed away on September 30, 2023, aged 88 years, on behalf of the administrators, teachers, employees, and students of Walailak University. We would like to remember the great contribution that he has made to Walailak University with great respect and condolences on this occasion.
