Activity for preparing to become a professional level “Phase 2 Workshop: Start up to Career Path”
On 5 August, 2021, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit organized activity for preparing to become a professional level “Phase 2 Workshop: Start up to Career Path” with great honor from Mr. Somporn Silsuwan, Assistant to the President for Human Resources Management, to be a guest speaker to give knowledge.
After the activity in Phase 1 have been organized, the personnel of the coordination unit has begun writing an operational manual in chapter 1 and continuously organized activity in Phase 2 as Workshop: Start up to Career Path. Activity pattern which has taken the topic and the operating manual written for review exchange opinions received very useful suggestions both the title writing reasons and necessities, objectives, benefits scope of study and definitions Including the contents of Chapter 2, duty, responsibility and management structure. which has known clear guidelines for use to improve the work to be successful in the next order.
The activity preparing to become a professional level held to prepare the personnel in stepping into a professional position, this is to encourage the personnel of the agency to have career advancement (Career Path) within the specified period. The goal is to have 25 percent of the personnel have work and apply for a professional position as well as following the university’s guidelines to drive the agency towards a high-performance organization.
