WUBKK organizes service mind activity
On 24 August,2020, at Meeting Room 1, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit invited Dr. Sukhuman Klamsaengsai, Lecturer of School of Management to give lecture of “Service Mind นับ 1 ให้ถึง Excellence”. Topics in the exchange of knowledge include Service, Excellence Service, Personality and Service mind, and Customer Delight Creation. Therefore, this activity encourages member to learn the correct and efficient way of providing services. Finally, WUBKK hope to move into Excellence Service as intended.
