Recipients can request support services for meetings of the Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Subdivision (WUBKK) at various university board meetings held in Bangkok. WUBKK will assist in the planning of meeting preparations. The meeting agenda and distribution both arrange a location and audio-visual media equipment. Everything must be in order, even the reception.          
          At present, WUBKK provides a large number of meeting support services. Therefore, recipients are kindly requested to coordinate the service request in advance. For convenience and speed, both service providers and service recipients must notify the system of the purpose of receiving services through the e-Booking system. Specify complete system requirements and confirm the booking for the coordinating unit to continue to provide meeting services to meet your needs.
