WUBKK Organize a meeting and discuss the development of work processes

On August 22-23, 2024, the Administration and Correspondence Division organized a meeting to discuss the development of work processes for the Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Subdivision (WUBKK). Mrs. Sopida Pattong, Acting Head of Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, chaired the meeting at Naiyawipas Chamber, Walailak University Bangkok Office, 19th Floor, SM Tower Building,
In this meeting, WUBKK staff presented their individual tasks, including conference services, public relations services, venue and audiovisual equipment, vehicle services, receiving and sending documents, parcels and mail, finance and budget, parcels, computer and network operations, support for executives, support for university and internal department operations, office management, general coordination, as well as being a committee member and inspecting parcels, which is another responsibility of the staff, in order to acknowledge problems and obstacles and jointly find solutions to the problems currently facing.
On this occasion, the Acting Head of Division of General Affairs and Correspondence provided guidelines for the development of operations in many areas so that personnel in the WUBKK can perform their responsibilities and support the operations of Walailak University and internal units more successfully and efficiently.
