          Walailak University aims to become a high-performing university. Which is based on the efficient operation of every department in the university. The 5S tool is an important tool for managing departments at all levels. To have a work environment that is orderly, clean, safe, and has a good environment. This will allow personnel to work more efficiently. Have good work productivity and good health. This leads to higher operational efficiency for agencies and universities.
          The university therefore deems it appropriate to use the 5S tool as a basic tool for all departments in the university. Every department considers it an important mission to carry out 5S activities seriously and continuously until it becomes the organization’s culture. by the results of 5S operations in each department. It is considered an important performance result for the department head and personnel in the department.

Objective of 5S Green in Fiscal Year 2024

1. WUBKK's area to be tidy, clean, clear, hygienic, secure and convenient to use.
2. Able to effectively manage the resources.
3. Officers always participated in 5S Green activity.
4. Officers able to work efficiently under a good working atmosphere and a hygienic environment.
5. The level of successful completion of the 5S Green activity at least 4.8 points.

WUBKK 5S Green Big Cleaning Activity, 1st/2024

        On January 16, 2024, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Subdivision (WUBKK), The Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, organized the 5S Green Big Cleaning Activity 1st/2024, which was the first big cleaning event since moving back to work at Walailak University. Bangkok Office, 19th Floor, SM Tower Building

WUBKK organized the 5S Green Big Cleaning activity, 3rd/2023

          On July 19, 2023, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Subdivision (WUBKK), the Division of General Affairs and Correspondence, organizes the 5S Green Big Cleaning activities, 3rd/2023, at temporary offices. 2nd Activity WUBKK Lively to Work "Green Office for a Better Life"

          On May 6, 2022, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit organized the 2nd Activity WUBKK lively to work under the campaign “Green Office for a Better Life”. The personnel joined together in Big Cleaning to organize the office space in order to get ready for the 1/2022 5S Green audit to take place on May 14,2022.

Big Cleaning Day Preparing for 5S Green Assessment

          On August 11, 2019, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit arranged Big Cleaning Day. On the occasion, member of WUBKK have helped to improve the area, organize and clean up office space to 5S Green standard in order to prepare for the 5S Green audit that will take place on August 14, 2020.

Activity 5S Green repairing wallpaper

          On July 23, 2019, Member of WUBKK help to repair the damaged wallpaper and improve the office space that preparing for the 2020 5S Green assessment.

WUBKK Big Cleaning Day 

          On 19 February, 2020, WUBKK’s Officer, joined “WUBKK Big Cleaning Day”, They prepared office area to be clean and clear for 5S Green assessment (1st /2020).
