However, for the location services for the above activities or other activities, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit continues to provide continuous service. This includes the application of a variety of service formats to support the needs of both departments within Walailak University as well as requesting to rent the premises of external agencies.
Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit has allocated office space on the 19th floor of the SM Tower building, totaling 5 units with an area of 1,235.76 square meters, part of which is a meeting room and a lecture room. By providing rental services in various forms, besides organizing meetings, trainings, and seminars, cooperation signing ceremonies and the use of space as a temporary studio for program production, etc.
We have support services for visitors to use the facility. WUBKK has organized a meeting service team to take care of the readiness in various aspects, including preparing and delivering meeting agendas, allowance for parking reservation meetings, food and beverage service for meetings includes various facilitations throughout the meeting. It is a very comprehensive and convenient support service for departments within Walailak University.
In the case of external agencies that rent the premises, you can order food and beverage service both for the snacks and main meals. In the situation of the epidemic of the COVID-19 virus, we consider cleanliness and safety as important.
