Administrators of Walailak University pay respect to Assistant Abbot, Wat Traimitr Withayaram to counsel continues to expand cooperation with Chinese Program
On 15 October, 2021, Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong, President of Walailak University and administrator of Walailak University pay respect to Assistant Abbot, Wat Traimitr Withayaram, Bangkok to counsel continues to expand cooperation with Chinese Program.
Prof. Dr. Sombat Thamrongthanyawong said there is a plan to expand cooperation in teaching and learning Chinese language courses both exchange students, teachers, and research to support the development of teaching and learning courses in Chinese Program, School of Liberal Arts.
In this regard, Assistant Abbot gave advice to Walailak University in many aspects, especially the development of education that is not only linguistic and cultural education but must focus on the course of operation. Moreover, gave an idea about the theory of teaching in modern China, as well as asking the university to prepare information on cooperation that had been with China both sending students to study teacher exchange as well as signing various cooperation agreements with universities in China, so that you can use it as information to support cooperation for Walailak University in the future.
In addition, Assistant Abbot is a great contributor to the study of the Chinese language in Thailand and received an executive award and supported Chinese Program. The World’s Best High School Level 2011 Award for Leaders with Outstanding Educational Performance (The Best of the Best) from the International Bureau of the Promotion of Chinese Language, Teaching of the People’s Republic of China and the merit badge and the certificate of benefit from the Ministry of Education.
