Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit to develop meeting services be (All in one), aims to transform the services in 2022
Walailak University Coordination Unit Bangkok developing operations under the WUBKK “Strive to be a division of excellence service” campaign, especially meeting services which is the event that has the highest number of recipients, aims to be an all-in-one meeting service and reshape the service image in 2022.
All in one meeting services that is the development of the service model in accordance with the current situation. Of course, meetings, which are the number one priority, will require service transformation to be able to operate smoothly in the epidemic situation of Corona 2019 (COVID-19) with the development of both service personnel and service models covering both meeting services for departments within Walailak University and services for external agencies who use the facility to organize meetings, trainings and seminars with an emphasis on cleanliness, convenience and safety as important.
Walailak University Coordination Unit Bangkok has set up a form of meeting service for departments within the university that request services through the e-Booking system. Users can specify their needs in the booking form for the meeting service and meeting services team will be prepared to provide complete services according to their wishes, including coordination submission of the meeting agenda, arrangement of meeting rooms, appropriate audio-visual equipment, preparation of equipment to use the e-Meeting system, parking reservations for attendees meeting allowance food and beverage catering services as well as facilitating the meeting to run smoothly and impress.
For external, we will be fully facilitated in both the location, audiovisual (Wifi ), catering food and beverage meeting and reception as well as facilitating other. In order to provide with the convenience of the service and the service fee as specified by the university It is truly a service for friendship.
