Activity “Preparing to become a professional level” Phase 1
On May 24, 2021, Walailak University Bangkok Coordination Unit organized project of human resource development annual fiscal year 2021 “Preparing to become a professional level” Phase 1, with great honor from Mr. Somporn Silsuwan, Assistant to the President for Human Resources Management, to be a guest speaker to give knowledge.
The project of human resource development annual fiscal year 2021 “Preparing to become a professional level” is organized to promote and support the personnel of the department to plan a career path. The activity is organized into 2 phases, phase 1: preparing and understanding the process and process for applying for a professional position and Phase 2 Workshop: Start up to Career Path.
For today, Assistant to the President for Human Resources Management gave a lecture as well as to see samples of work pieces for applying for positions at the professional level allowing participants to know guidelines for writing an operation manual. Including understanding the criteria for consideration in applying for positions, This is very useful for the preparation of personnel and there are plan for ongoing activity in Phase 2 in July 2021.
